The Foula Snood has been a Woolly Thistle favorite since the pattern was first published in the Shetland Wool Week Annual 2018*.  This snood (cowl) features an all-over pattern, knit with Jamieson & Smith 2ply Jumper Weight yarn in cream and grey.  The Foula Snood is knit in the round as one long piece and then grafted to make a cozy loop of warmth. 

This Yarn Set Includes:

• Jamieson & Smith 2-ply Jumper Weight (4x 25g balls of color 1A, 4x 25g balls of color 27 - colors called for in pattern)
• The Woolly Thistle stitch marker

This kit includes the yarn to create the pattern as written, however it is easy to knit the snood longer if you wish.  If you'd like to add length,  you may want to purchase additional balls of .
